Customs Import Declaration
An import declaration lodged by a customs broker for a 40-foot container arriving by sea: the parties, transport and arrival in numbered boxes, as on a single administrative document; the goods with their commodity codes and origins, driven by source; the customs value built up from the invoice, freight and insurance, with duty and import VAT; and the declarant's legal statement, where the name, the capacity and the duty account are form fields sitting inside the sentence. The second page carries the documents held and the box for official use, with the release stamp drawn as a component.
